How I work

As a Walking Coach®, I am also a Trauma-informed Leadership and Team Coach. I facilitate deeper self-awareness in my clients, rooted in greater resilience and an appreciation of their place in an ever-changing and interconnected world.

Through our work, leaders experience improved confidence, clarity, direction and purpose. They develop a greater sense of fulfilment, effectiveness, inner peace and connection across all areas of their lives.

Our process involves deep, immersive listening, creative visioning, close and intuitive questioning, insightful observations and invitations to further inquiry and action. We may also use techniques in somatic experiencing and body-based mindfulness.

Nature immersion plays a vital role in this work. There is learning from all our walks – long and short, easy and local or adventurous and extreme – which happens with a high level of curiosity, appreciation and respect for the natural systems that support us.

Our work combines in-person and remote sessions, depending on client circumstances.
