The Coaching Plan

There are no limits when designing a bespoke ‘Step into Leadership’ coaching plan: it all comes down to your goals, commitment and investment.

We build out your programme from these elements:

  • 3, 6 or 12-month-long 1:1 coaching journeys

  • Private retreats in nature

Jack’s Journey

To illustrate how a 1:1 programme might look, here is one created for a recent client. Let’s call him Jack.

When Jack contacted me, he had an overpowering yearning to play an even bigger game in his life, his work and the world at large; a game which feels authentic, aligned and resonant with who Jack is and the leader he wants to grow into.

Following an in-depth discovery conversation, we mapped out a coaching journey that had five significant outcomes:

We also centred consciousness, universal wisdom and a sense of the sacred into our work together so that his future may bring deep, personal satisfaction.

The Programme Practicalities

As an adventurer all his life, Jack highly values his time in the outdoors and how much it aligns with a deep love of nature, spirituality and a personal interest in indigenous wisdom in action. Our coaching work together would incorporate a range of nature-based practices and concepts to enrich and inform his learning, also having a transformative effect on his own personal development and consciousness.
